28km, 41 locks done, 41 locks to go! TWO punctures with the kayak wheels AND a bearing problem (aagh!). Please can someone invent Gaytorskins for kayak trolleys like they do for road bikes!

    Glad to see you're off to a good start. Sorry to hear about trouble with trolleys: I trashed two pairs of Kari-tek wheel bearings on a big trip, but had much more success after Barry and Justine lent me one of Freya's trolleys. As for punctures, have you tried the Starco flex pro wheels?

    Thanks Graham have kind of managed to sort the issue with this green slime gel used for bike punctures. (at least for now!)
